Game changing for me. Don't get me wrong, it isn't a cure all. But the heat and vibration feel great. Run two cycles back to back after ice or ice in between two cycles and it is amazing. My left knee is bone onnbone and my right knee has had multiple meniscus tears due to military and sports over the last 45 plus years. I caught it on sale and it was worth it to me.
