  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays.

Note: Delivery to remote or island regions may require additional time depending on local carriers and customs processes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $65
  • Orders under $65 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

5. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LuvianPros is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We will assist you with tracking or replacing the package if needed.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility.
