I haven't used the generator yet but it was packaged well and delivered as described. I checked to make sure it was working properly and it was. However, I do not have the equipment to verify the frequencies are accurate. If it works I will be ordering more for family members.

Output is unstable at low frequencies. At the default frequency of 7.83.Hz my oscilloscope couldn’t lock onto the waveform. From about 50 Hz to 18 kHz the waveform was much cleaner. At higher frequencies the waveform got distorted. If you’re looking for an inexpensive sine wave generator, it’s easy to set the frequency using the 10 buttons, but reverts back to 7.83 Hz after power cycling (won’t store any values other than 7.83 Hz). The output is about 3.2 Vpp from the subminiature jack across all frequencies. Easy to read digital display with a backlight that can be turned on or off (default is on).

I am fascinated by gadgets. I can't tell if this really helps me with pain but the literature says it may. So I will keep using it. The only negative I have is my concern that the USB micro socket may get worn out from inserting and removing the plug to turn it on and off. How hard would it have been to add a power switch.bSi I added one by using a very short USB mricro with a male plug and a female USB C female, into which I plug a short on-line switch. That will save wear on the unit power socket.

There were some questions about the frequency and shape in the output. I bought a scope just to see. The output is a sine wave and the frequency is correct. I believe I have noticed some differences when using this.
