Breatheora™ Adjustable Breathing Trainer

I track my sleep with Fitbit Charge 3 and for months I've had "large 02 variations" spike while I sleep. After just two days doing one set of 10 reps with valve around 50%, the high-02 variations ARE GONE for the first time in a year or more. My interpretation is that even a small amount of inhale/exahle restsance exercise improves 02 absortion in your lungs.

I think this breathing trainer is well designed and seems to work well. I have just started using it so I don’t yet have feedback regarding effectiveness, but I can say that it is solidly built, and it is easy to adjust the resistance over a wide range, simply by turning the knob, you should be able to set any resistance from minimal to maximum resistance. The mouthpiece seems like the perfect size and is comfortable. The instructions are straightforward. It is also easy to clean. I like it.

Getting it to work was really simple. It only took a few seconds to turn the valve and find the right resistance for me. I followed the training exercises on the instructions that are included which was a great plus.

I use it every morning before I start my day. I can already tell I am taking fuller, deeper breaths. My workouts don't hurt my lungs as much as they used to. The only thing I would change with it would be different color options.

I like the combination of a comfortable mouthpiece and simple resistance control. It makes regular use much more convenient.

I wasnt sure how often I would use it, but it has become part of my weekly routine. The small size makes it easy to keep nearby.

Im happy that there are no batteries to replace or apps to connect. Just adjust it and start your breathing exercises.

I purchased this as a small addition to my fitness routine and have been pleasantly surprised. The adjustable resistance gives me plenty of flexibility.

Great portable option for breathing resistance training. It fits easily in my bag alongside my other running gear.

Simple and practical. I can use it at home, at the gym, or outdoors without needing anything else.

I bought it mainly because of the adjustable resistance feature. That has turned out to be exactly what I like most about it.

The mouthpiece has a nice flexible feel and the device is easy to grip. Its been a useful addition to my training accessories.

I like using this before my cardio sessions. It only takes a small amount of time and is easy to incorporate into my schedule.

The product feels comfortable in my mouth and the resistance adjustment is easy to reach. Overall, its thoughtfully designed.

The size makes it especially useful when traveling. I can continue my routine without packing anything bulky.

Ive been using it regularly with my home fitness routine. Its convenient because I dont need any extra equipment.

The device fits easily in my running backpack. I barely notice Im carrying it until Im ready to use it.

Great for someone who wants a straightforward breathing resistance trainer. There really isnt much of a learning curve.

I started using it at a lower setting and have been experimenting with higher resistance. The adjustment mechanism makes that very easy.

The resistance range gives me options depending on how I want to train. Its much better than having a fixed resistance level.

I bought two so my partner and I could each have our own. We both like that we can set the resistance differently.

I use it alongside my normal cardio workouts. Its a simple addition that doesnt require changing my entire routine.

Good size, comfortable mouthpiece, and easy adjustment. So far Im very happy with the purchase.

I like products that do one job without unnecessary technology. This is compact, adjustable, and doesnt need to be charged.

Very easy to understand and use right out of the package. I didnt need to spend time figuring out complicated settings.

Its become part of my morning exercise routine. Small enough to leave on my desk so I remember to use it.

I bought this for running training and have enjoyed using it. The fact that I can take it anywhere is a big plus.

The mouthpiece fits me well and the overall device is comfortable to use. I also appreciate how lightweight it is.

I was skeptical because of how small it is, but the adjustable resistance is definitely noticeable. It gives me plenty of room to change the challenge.

Nice product for adding something different to a workout routine. I like that you can progressively adjust the resistance.
