I bought this item for my mother to get her on a better schedule taking her meds. I knew it wasn't going to be anything fancy but I did expect it to keep the correct time once it had been set because afterall timing is key on a "pill alarm". Tried multiple brands of batteries but once the clock would start counting for every 10 mins that would past it would only change by a min. I am waiting on a new replacement because maybe this was just a faulty one and will update this post once it arrives. UPDATE- The replacement came today super fast after requesting it. I will say that the 1st one I received had to have been a used/faulty device. This one came wrapped with instructions were as the first one didnt. It keeps time correct and all has been resolved.

Which is very good concerning my forgetfulness and going weeks or months bet meds. If you miss this the first alarm, it goes off again after a few minutes. I like that you can rearrange the days. Very good quality. Worth the money. You can also set multiple alarms.
